I primarily support solo therapists and small therapy practices — especially LGBTQ+ affirming practices, BIPOC-led practices, neurodivergent-led practices, and therapists supporting marginalized communities.I also work with other small businesses that value clear, reliable bookkeeping and a little bit of peace of mind.



Hi, I'm Walker (she / they). I’ve always been drawn to psychology and the work therapists do. After watching my best friend struggle with weekend notes and administrative tasks, and hearing her talk about colleagues in the same situation, I realized how much time and energy therapists spend on paperwork instead of their clients — or themselves. My goal is to take the administrative burden of bookkeeping off your plate so you can spend your time on the work that matters most.You won’t have to dig through statements to find what you need. I’ll keep you updated without flooding your inbox and respect your schedule by keeping support email-based. I work with whatever systems you already use, and I’m a QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor with experience managing multiple accounts, reconciliations, and reports. I’ve also worked for a consulting company and continue to expand my training — so your finances are in capable, organized hands.

1Getting Started

Fill out a short intake form at your own pace, or book a quick call if you'd prefer — whichever feels right, I'll take it from there and we'll figure out the best fit for your practice or business.


2Proposal

After connecting, I’ll review what we discussed and any specific needs you shared, then propose a thoughtful package with optional add-ons tailored for you.

3Onboarding

Once you agree to the proposal, I’ll send a simple PDF with next steps, any information I’ll need from you, and the agreement to sign so we can officially get started.


4Bookkeeping

I’ll carefully categorize and reconcile your transactions throughout the month, keeping everything organized and up-to-date so you always know exactly where things stand.

5Reports & Insights

Each month, you’ll receive a PDF of your financial reports plus a brief summary highlighting trends, any unusual transactions, and helpful notes to keep you informed.


6Security

Your information is handled with care: QuickBooks Online security, encrypted email for sensitive documents, any agreements your practice requires, and optional anonymized data.

Software, Setup, & Services


Do I need QuickBooks?
Not at all! I can work with whatever bookkeeping software you're already using. If you're starting fresh, I typically recommend QuickBooks Online since it's reliable and widely used — and I'm happy to help you get set up either way.

Do I need to pay for bookkeeping software?
Yes — your software subscription is your responsibility. Most clients already have one, but if not, I’m happy to help you get set up with whatever you choose.

Will I still see my accounts?
Absolutely! You'll always have full access to your accounts, and each month you'll receive a clear PDF with your reports and a plain-English summary by the 15th, so everything is easy to understand at a glance.

How long will setup take?
Once I have everything I need from you — software access, connected accounts, and any relevant statements — setup typically takes about one to two weeks.

Do you offer any other reports or services?
Yes! I can create additional, custom reports or services tailored to your practice. Pricing varies depending on what you need, and we’ll make sure it’s clear before you request anything extra.


Support & Security

How do I ask questions or get help?
Email works best — I usually reply within two business days. If something more complex comes up, we can always schedule a call.

How do you handle security?
Your information is handled with care. I use QuickBooks Online security, encrypted email for sensitive documents, and follow best practices to keep your data safe.
For therapy practices, I’m happy to sign your confidentiality or data-sharing agreement, or work with redacted information — whatever makes you most comfortable.


Payment & Timing

How and when do I pay?
Payment is collected before your service begins. Packages are billed on the 1st of each month via Stripe. Flexible or one-off services are invoiced upon completion.

What if I sign up mid-month?
If you sign up mid-month, your service will start at the beginning of the next full billing cycle. You'll receive your first invoice around the 8th of that month, with payment due before the 15th. Flexible services like Catch-Up & Cleanup or 1099 preparation can start whenever you need and are invoiced upon completion.
